Acceptable Use Policy
How you may and may not use Issueflow — the activities and business categories that are off-limits, in line with our payment providers' rules.

Our data boundary
Issueflow is a planning and drafting tool. We don't send emails, we don't run your mailing list, and we don't collect or store your subscribers' personal data. Sending and subscriber data stay with you on your own email platform.
1. General principles
You may use Issueflow only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others. You must also comply with the rules of our payment providers, including Stripe. This policy applies to everything you generate, store or publish using the service.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use Issueflow to:
- break the law, or act in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading way;
- infringe copyright, trade marks or other intellectual-property rights;
- scrape, copy or resell our content, software or output;
- distribute malware or interfere with the security of the service;
- send spam, harass, threaten or abuse others;
- make false or misleading claims using material produced by the service.
3. Prohibited & restricted business categories
Consistent with our payment providers' rules, you must not use Issueflow for content that promotes or supports:
- illegal goods, services or activities;
- fraud, money-laundering or other financial crime;
- counterfeit goods or intellectual-property infringement;
- regulated or age-restricted goods offered unlawfully;
- adult or sexually explicit content;
- unlicensed gambling;
- pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing or "get rich quick" offers;
- unauthorised financial products, investments or virtual currencies.
4. Advertising & sponsored content
If you use Issueflow to draft advertising, sponsored or affiliate content, you must disclose it clearly and comply with the advertising and consumer-protection law that applies to you. Failing to label paid or sponsored content is not permitted.
5. Consequences of breach
If you breach this policy we may remove content, suspend or close your account, and report unlawful activity to the authorities or to our payment providers. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to permanent termination without refund, in line with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
6. Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing Issueflow, tell us at support@mkastosholdings.shop. Please include enough detail for us to investigate.
