Content License

You keep ownership of the plans, drafts and other content you create in Issueflow. We do not claim ownership of your work, and using the studio does not transfer your rights in it to us.

To run the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display your content solely so we can generate your drafts, save your work and provide the service to you. This licence exists only to operate Issueflow; we do not use your content to publish or promote it ourselves, and it ends when we no longer need it for that purpose.

Issueflowis not intended to generate copyrighted material, and you must not input material you do not have the right to use. Do not upload or paste text, images or other content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade marks or other rights.

You are responsible for the legality, originality and licensing of anything you publish from Issueflow. Because drafts are AI-assisted, you must check that your final work is original, does not infringe others' rights and complies with the law before you publish. See our AI Disclaimer.

If your content includes advertising, sponsorship or affiliate material, disclosing it clearly and correctly is your responsibility, in line with the advertising law that applies to you and our Acceptable Use Policy.

To keep the service fast and reliable, we may cache or make technical copies of your content within our systems. These copies are used only to operate the service and are subject to the same limited licence and our Privacy Policy. Remember that Issueflow does not send emails or hold your subscriber data.
