Last updated: 24 July 2026
Our data boundary
Issueflow is a planning and drafting tool. We don't send emails, we don't run your mailing list, and we don't collect or store your subscribers' personal data. Sending and subscriber data stay with you on your own email platform.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms form a legal agreement between you and Issueflow. By creating an account, buying a plan or using the studio, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use Issueflow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 to open a paid account. Users aged 13–17 may use Issueflow only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf. The service is not for anyone under 13.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@mkastosholdings.shop if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. What the service is
Issueflow is a planning and drafting studio for newsletters and periodicals. It helps you build a content calendar, structure your issues and produce AI-assisted drafts and diagrams.
It is not an email platform. We don't send emails on your behalf, we don't run your mailing list, and we don't collect or store your subscribers' personal data. Sending your newsletter and managing your subscribers happens on your own email platform, under your control.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. All prices and charges are in US dollars ($, USD) only.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You enter your card details with Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your full card number. By subscribing you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.
5. Price changes
We may change plan prices or features. We will give you reasonable notice of any change before it applies to your next billing period. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before your next renewal; continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including your statutory cooling-off rights where they apply.
7. Acceptable use
You must use Issueflow lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out prohibited activities and the business categories our payment providers do not permit. Breaching that policy may lead to suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual property & your content
We and our licensors own the Issueflow software, brand and site. You keep ownership of the plans and drafts you create, and you grant us the limited licence described in our Content Licenseso we can generate and store your work and run the service. You are responsible for making sure the material you input and publish does not infringe anyone's rights.
9. AI-assisted drafts
Drafts and diagrams are produced with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Every generated draft carries a "drafts — fact-check before publishing" note. You must review, fact-check and edit the output before you publish it. See our AI Disclaimer for the full position.
10. No performance guarantees
Issueflow helps you plan and draft, but we make no promises about the results. We do not promise any particular subscriber numbers, growth, open rates, click-through rates, revenue or other newsletter performance. Outcomes depend on your content, your audience and how you send it.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or subscribers, or for any content you publish. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law or by our payment providers, or to protect the service and its users. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below and, for significant changes, give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use Issueflow after an update means you accept the revised terms.
