- 01What currency am I billed in?
- All plans are priced and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply a conversion if your card is in another currency.
- 02How does billing work?
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions — monthly, or yearly if you choose. Payment is taken automatically each period by our payment provider until you cancel.
- 03Are there credits or top-ups?
- No. Plans include a monthly allowance of generations; there are no credit packs or stored balances, and unused allowance does not carry over to the next period.
- 04Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel before your next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. There is no lock-in.
- 05Do you offer refunds?
- New paid subscriptions include a 14-day cooling-off period in line with UK consumer law, subject to our Refund Policy. Renewals are non-refundable once the period begins.
- 06Is my payment secure?
- Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection. Issueflow never sees or stores your full card details.
